Small deformations: Verification examples by Vogel,Maßmann

These benchmark examples test the implementation of small deformations process with analytical solutions presented by Vogel/Massmann.

Note that OGS uses plane strain assumptions in two dimensions (2D) as it is common in geomechanics.
